I'm glad he provided me with this information because I nor many other consumers had no idea that I was sending or paying for a warranty from a company that does not have proper equipment to test electronics. As indicated under CPS warranty ALL computer items were sent.According to Simon who I spoke with today, CPS has no way to completely check consumer products so they aren't sure that the 4G is actually the issue, it's based on my description. The battery is NOT a WARRANTY COVERED PART therefore I DO NOT WISH TO HAVE AN UPCHARGE FOR REPLACEMENT! I have actually already purchased a new battery because I was aware that the battery was dead Prior to sending it to CPS. Consumer Priority Service Review Full Diagnostic ReportThe detailed paperwork in the box was 1st class and the camera worked perfect.The 2nd claim was on my iPhone 8. I got the camera back within a week, it was professionally packed and they even included a full diagnostic report and cleaning. Called up CPS, they processed the claim and sent me a UPS label to repair the unit. I dropped the camera and the LCD cracked. The 1st claim was for my DSLR (Nikon D3400 with the 18-55mm lens). Nathan goes on to tell me he's never met anyone who wouldn't send in a battery if they had purchased it, well I tell him that any reputable electronics company should/would have a battery to utilize for computer diagnostic purposes! Why would a consumer need to send in other equipment they have purchased? SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY!! I have requested return of my laptop with the dead battery and I'll just take it to my local electronics repair shop rather than be ripped off!! Helpful? I try to avoid issues and I'm careful with my tech gear so hopefully that's my last claim with them. Long story short, Apple repaired the phone and CPS reimbursed me for the charges a few days later. Called back and explained that I couldn't part with my phone so they gave me the option of going to my local Apple store and having them repair the problem. I called CPS again and they sent me a return label. It worked at half the speed and Apps crashed constantly. So I setup my warranty repair. Was reluctant but of course they boast their great customer service attributes and we care about the customer.Had headphones for months but finally one side was not sending sound to that respective year. She's running to him all the time during the phone conversation I had with her but he's unfortunately cannot take my call.Finally lady tells me her supervisor would like to get my e-mail (same one they always had, still had, just asked them to use what they had on file and an e-mail would be generated explaining how to return the product and once it's inspected and found to be faulty a refund for the current value of the headphones ($49) would be issues. Work in IT myself and realize you just sometime need to speak with a supervisor.
